Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports. You will work closely with various departments to identify trends and insights that can help drive business decisions. A strong background in data analysis, along with proficiency in relevant tools and programming languages, is essential for success in this role.

Duties

  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Utilize SQL for querying databases and performing data extraction tasks.
  • Design and implement ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Conduct business analysis to understand the needs of stakeholders and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Support the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by providing data-driven insights throughout project phases.
  • Create visual representations of data findings using tools like Visio for effective communication of results.
  • Employ programming languages such as Python, R, VBA, or Bash (Unix shell) for data manipulation and analysis tasks.
  • Assist in database design and management using Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis skills with a solid understanding of analytics concepts.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with linked data concepts is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Talend or other ETL tools is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75, $90,618.96 per year
