Role Description

This is a full-time, Executive Director role. The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing staff, and ensuring the organization's programs align with its mission. They will lead fundraising efforts, establish strategic partnerships, and manage financial budgets. The Executive Director will also act as the primary spokesperson, engaging with stakeholders and the local community to promote the organization's initiatives and vision. This leadership role requires strategic decision-making to foster growth and enhance the organization's impact.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management skills, with experience in overseeing teams and organizational operations
• Fundraising and partnership-building expertise, including donor relations and grant writing
• Strong budget management and financial planning capabilities
• Experience in event planning, program development, and community engagement
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Fluency in French and English is highly preferred
• Understanding of cultural organizations and commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion
• Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including board members, staff, and the community
