Job Title: Remote Customer Service / Service Expeditor

Location: 100% remote (In-person training in the Greater Phoenix area)

Pay: $20/hr.

Duration: 3-6 months with potential for permanent conversion

Schedule:

  • Training: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (in-person for one week)
  • Post-training: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday (remote)
  • Rotating weekend coverage: Once every 4-5 weeks after Quality Assurance training (remote)

Overview: Seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to support a well-known national fast-casual restaurant chain. This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in the Greater Phoenix area to attend in-person training for the first week. On slower days, the team typically handles around 5 inbound calls, while on busier days, the volume can reach up to 15. Outbound call volume generally ranges between 20 and 40 calls per day.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to support restaurant locations with service and maintenance needs
  • Dispatch facilities-related service calls to appropriate vendors or technicians
  • Perform follow-ups to ensure timely service completion and compliance with company standards
  • Assist with vendor onboarding, project coordination, and service tracking
  • Manage invoicing, data entry, and recordkeeping with attention to detail
  • Monitor and respond to team emails and service requests efficiently
  • Apply strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve issues quickly
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain service quality

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in dispatching, data entry, invoicing, or related administrative support
  • Excellent multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with basic office software and email management
  • Must be local to the Greater Phoenix area for training purposes
