REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidate will have a strong technical background particularly in electrical engineering, computer science, or computer engineering. Patent litigation experience, registration with the USPTO, and/or large law firm experience are preferred. Qualified candidates must have an excellent academic record, superior organizational and communication skills (written and oral), a demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service and a creative and entrepreneurial perspective on IP. Must be licensed or ready to become licensed to practice law in Illinois or Texas.
