We are seeking a reliable Night Auditor to join our small staff.

Please note this position is Sunday through Thursday nights (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 11pm-7am).

Expectations/Responsibilities:

Demonstrate excellence in customer service. We are committed to giving our guests the most positive pleasurable experience possible. As a Front Desk Associate you will be required to:

  • Learn and understand the Property Management System (PMS)
  • Take reservations from future guests, complete the registration process for incoming guests, and complete the checkout process for departing guests.
  • Handle guest payments: cash, credit, and ledger accounts, accurately and responsible.
  • Address any guest issues as needed to the best of your ability and to guest satisfactory.
  • Accurately relay pertinent information to other associates.
  • Perform general cleaning to keep the lobby and work area looking tidy and welcoming.
  • Closing the system for the business day, and opening the system to the next business day.

Necessary skills:

  • Must speak English proficiently.
  • Must be proficient in basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals, and fractions).
  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Must be able to stand for prolonged periods.
  • Must be able to think on your feet and have good problem solving skills.
  • Must be able to handle pressure well.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work alone responsibly.

Experience is a plus, but is not necessary.
