Enteral Sales Representative

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Enteral Sales Representative to champion our enteral nutrition products and solutions. In this dynamic role, you will be the key driver of growth by building strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics. Duties
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of healthcare accounts through proactive outreach and relationship management.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to healthcare professionals, showcasing the benefits and features of our enteral nutrition products.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to secure new business and expand existing accounts.
- Provide comprehensive account management by understanding client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate product launches, training sessions, and educational events for medical staff.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account information using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Experience
- Proven success in outside B2B sales within the medical or pharmaceutical industry, preferably in enteral or nutritional products.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Demonstrated expertise in account management and developing long-term client relationships.
- Experience delivering product demos and technical presentations to healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of medical sales processes, including understanding clinical workflows and patient care pathways.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) for creating reports, presentations, and analysis documents.
- Ability to work independently in an outside sales environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
