We're expanding our operations and seeking a
Director of Logistics
to join our leadership team.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Logistics located in the Greater Laredo Area. The Director of Logistics will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's supply chain operations to maximize efficiency and productivity. This includes overseeing operations management, warehouse operations, procurement, and logistics management. The role involves developing logistic strategies, improving existing logistics solutions, coordinating and managing distribution and warehousing, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Supply Chain Management and Logistics Management
- Experience in Operations Management, including warehouse operations and procurement
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- *Bilingual in English and Spanish*
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with logistics software and technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in the logistics or transportation industry
