Overview

We are warehouse storage solution expert for supplying racking system to our client. Now we are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail sales, customer service, and cash handling. This role involves engaging with customers, promoting products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience.
  • Assist customers with product selection and answer any inquiries regarding merchandise.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential buyers.
  • Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately.
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies to effectively assist customers.
  • Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
  • Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to enhance customer engagement.
  • Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist in stock management.

Requirements

  • Chinese Proficiency is Required.
  • Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
  • Proficiency in cash handling and operating cash registers.
  • Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
  • Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features of merchandise.
  • Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in inventory management is advantageous.
  • Strong supervisory skills are a plus for overseeing team members during shifts.
