Your Compensation

Starting rates, depending on your experience:

✓ LVN $80+ for SOC, $50+ for followups, $70+ Resump, Recert, DC

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home nursing visits to assess patient needs and provide comprehensive care.
• Drive to patient homes daily
• Enjoy helping the elderly as if they were your own family
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and tube feeding as required.
• Utilize EHR systems to document patient information and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care strategies as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on health management and care techniques.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Per diem

Pay: $ $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 10 per week
