You'll design and organize personalized vacations for clients from dreamy beach escapes to bucket-list adventures all from the comfort of your home.

This is a remote position ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible environment, enjoys customer service, and wants to be part of a supportive, travel-focused team.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and book customized vacation packages (flights, cruises, resorts, tours, and more)

  • Research destinations and experiences that align with client preferences and budgets

  • Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after travel

  • Stay up-to-date on travel trends, promotions, and supplier offerings

  • Use approved booking tools and systems to manage reservations accurately

  • Communicate effectively via phone, email, and virtual meetings

  • Maintain organized documentation and follow up promptly with clients

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service preferred (not required)

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills

  • Comfortable using computers, online platforms, and digital tools

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team

  • Passion for travel, learning, and creating memorable client experiences
