We are seeking a Clinic Operations Specialist who is dependable, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured environment, works well independently, and takes pride in accuracy, punctuality, and professional conduct.

Duties

  • Collect urine, hair, nail, and saliva specimens (no blood draws)
  • Greet and assist clients in person and by phone with professionalism and courtesy
  • Perform data entry, invoicing, and client communications using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Maintain accurate chain-of-custody records and confidentiality of client information
  • Clean and organize testing rooms and office areas daily
  • Troubleshoot small issues independently and follow established procedures

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong computer literacy: Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic file management
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced setting
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen

Preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in office administration, customer service, or testing environments
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Lives within 15 minutes of Inver Grove Heights
