This is inclusive of cash application, collections, billing, analyzing and reconciling accounts, as well as ensuring timely and effective collection efforts for all open receivables.Reporting RelationshipsThis position will report to the Accounting Manager and will not have any direct reports.This position has internal contacts with Order Management, Sales, Service as well as external contact with customer accounts payable and receivables departments.Essential Functions:Oversee the entire accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, collections, and cash application.Perform daily cash application on all customer receiptsReconciling the accounts receivables ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and correctly posted.Review aging reports, identify delinquent accounts, and take appropriate actions to collect outstanding payments.Provide timely review and identification of disputes, obtain supporting documentation and conduct review and analysis, coordinating with other functions as necessary to determine validity and dispute where requiredAdheres to accounts receivable policies and procedures, and ensures external and internal controls and policies are adhered toTimely response to customer, external departments, and management inquiries, ensuring effective and thorough communication.Responsible for meeting quarter-end deadlines.Responsible for creating and maintaining reports for working capital analysis, metric maintenance as well as general ledger account analysisOther projects and duties as required/assignedRequirements:Requirements:Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting requiredExperience 3-4 years in Accounts ReceivableBasic knowledge of financial analysis, cash management, and accounts receivable collectionsPrior AR & Credit assignment experienceExcel experience requiredOracle ERP/ Stripe experience preferredDetail oriented with ability to effectively manage time, prioritizing workload to meet changing demandsDemonstrated problem solving skillsAbility to work with all levels of management through daily interfaceAbility to work well in groupAbility to maintain a high level of confidentiality and awareness is essentialSalary range: $60,000-85,000 USDKornit Digital offers an outstanding compensation and benefits package, medical, dental, and life insurance; Investment Savings Plan (401K) with employer matching.Kornit Digital is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against applicants due to race, ethnicity, gender, veteran status, or based on disability, or any other federal, state, or local protected class.
