A well-established Commercial/Industrial HVAC & Building Automation contractor in New Jersey is seeking an
experienced Project Manager
to oversee large-scale mechanical projects from preconstruction through completion. This is a long-term, stable opportunity with strong growth potential for the right leader.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, documentation, and client communication
  • Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
  • Oversee mechanical/HVAC installations ensuring quality, safety, and compliance
  • Review drawings, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
  • Lead project execution from kickoff to closeout

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years'
    experience managing
    Commercial HVAC / Mechanical
    projects
  • Strong knowledge of
    MEP systems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
