Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced EVV Agency Coordinator to join our team. The EVV Agency Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day EVV operations of our agency, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a general understanding of the Provider Agency industry.

Duties:

- Manage Daily EVV Monitoring in Vesta, by linking or adjusting time in and time out of Provider's service hours with Client

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff members, providing feedback and guidance as needed

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of services

- Handle escalated issues or complaints from clients or staff members

- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and excellence

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Provider Agency or a related role

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications relevant to the role

- Knowledge of VESTA software is a plus

- Familiarity with patient service standards and best practices
