Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chattanooga, TN, for an Embroidery Specialist. The Embroidery Specialist will be responsible for operating and maintaining embroidery machinery to produce high-quality custom designs. Daily tasks include setting up machines, monitoring production processes, inspecting finished designs for accuracy, performing quality checks, and addressing minor mechanical issues. Additionally, the role involves ensuring efficient workflow, collaborating with team members to meet production schedules, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating embroidery machines and knowledge of related equipment
• Attention to detail, precision in design alignment, and quality control skills
• Understanding of fabrics, threads, and embroidery techniques
• Basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance skills
• Time management and ability to handle tight deadlines
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in a fast-paced production environment
• Previous experience in embroidery or textile production is a must. Experience with Melco is a plus.
