Dental Receptionist

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations in a busy dental office. This role requires strong communication skills, and attention to detail. The hours are flexible and we are willing to work around previous commitments. Training will be provided.

Hours

We are looking to hire someone for Monday mornings, Tuesday mornings, and Thursday afternoons.

Duties

• Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in process efficiently.
• Schedule appointments and confirm patient visits via phone and in-person.
• Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, and data entry
• Ensure a clean and welcoming front desk area for patients.
• Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Qualifications

• We currently use EagleSoft programming
• Familiarity with dental terminology is an added bonus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
