Job Description

Location:
Midtown Manhattan, NYC (Hybrid – at least 3 days onsite/week)

Visa Sponsorship:
We offer sponsorship under specific treaty-based U.S. work visas, including TN and E-2 (for eligible Canadian, Mexican, and French citizens). We do not support or transfer other visa types (e.g., H-1B).

We are seeking a talented Senior Business Analyst to work on Billing and Delivery capacity for the Debt Capital Markets (DCM) business projects. The candidate will support the project in defining the target operating model and in the design and implementation of the end-to-end process for Billing and Delivery transactions.

Role and responsibilities

  • Define Target Operating Model: Collaborate with project stakeholders to create a robust target operating model for the Billing and Delivery capacity.
  • Process Design: Design and document the end-to-end processes involved in Billing and Delivery transactions, including pre-pricing, pricing, fee collection, settlement, and post-settlement activities.
  • Operational Expertise: Leverage expertise in middle office or syndication processes within Debt Capital Markets to provide insights and recommendations for best practices.
  • Implementation Support: Assist in the implementation of the defined processes and operating model, ensuring alignment with regulatory, operational, and architectural requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work collaboratively with various teams, including Sales & Trading, Compliance, Legal, and IT, to facilitate smooth project execution and ensure that all requirements are met.
  • Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide training and support to internal teams on the new processes and operational models implemented as part of the project.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience.
  • Proven experience in a middle office or syndication role within Debt Capital Markets, specifically handling Billing and Delivery transactions.
  • Strong understanding of Debt Capital Markets operations, processes, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and optimize processes.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements related to Debt Capital Markets is a plus.
