Work Schedule:

  • 1st Shift - (Monday - Friday) 6:30 am - 3:00 pm

Job Summary:

Maintain inventory accuracy consistent with company standards.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Maintain inventory accuracy consistent with company standards.
  • Conduct inventory audits using WMS.
  • Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Report findings to appropriate personnel.
  • Communicate material issues to Management.
  • Perform clerical duties, such as typing, data entry, proofreading, etc.
  • Works safely without presenting a direct threat to self or others.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and/or experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to initiate and drive continuous improvement processes and standards.
  • Strong planning and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work under pressure with deadlines
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate and handle multiple priorities within deadlines and take initiative to produce results with minimal supervision.
  • PC skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.

The employee must demonstrate the ability to meet these physical demands within their 90-day probationary period.
