About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Loan Processor to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is essential to ensuring the accurate and timely processing of mortgage loans. You'll collaborate closely with Loan Officers, Underwriters, Escrow Officers, and third-party partners to manage the full loan lifecycle and provide a smooth client experience.

Candidates located near Walnut Creek, CA may also choose to work in-office or in a hybrid format, if preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and process mortgage loan applications from submission to closing
  • Analyze borrower documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
  • Track pipeline and ensure all required conditions and disclosures are satisfied
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients, Loan Officers, and third parties
  • Coordinate closing activities with escrow and title companies
  • Ensure all loan files meet legal, regulatory, and underwriting requirements
  • Manage multiple files simultaneously and prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Maintain accurate records in the Loan Origination System (LOS)

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of mortgage processing experience
  • Experience with broker-side processing is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with FHA, VA, Conventional, Jumbo, and Non-QM loan products
  • Proficiency in Arive or a similar Loan Origination System
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) required
  • Russian language is a plus
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Work Environment & Hours

  • Fully remote
  • Option to work in-office or hybrid if based near Walnut Creek, CA
  • Structured daily communication via Zoom, and CRM/LOS platforms
  • Standard schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time

Pay: $55, $80,000.00 per year
