Salary Range: $57, $66,000.00 per year

Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is a plus.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer Focus: Must possess a strong commitment to providing superior customer service and meeting customer needs.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in both remote and in-office environments while maintaining productivity.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM and other digital communication tools preferred.

Account Management: Manage existing client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and continued policy renewals.
Sales Growth: Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
Market Knowledge: Stay informed on the latest insurance products and market trends to offer clients informed advice.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to strategize and achieve business goals.
