Position Overview

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Automotive Technician who's ready to be part of a high-performing, positive team. The ideal candidate has solid mechanical experience, strong diagnostic skills, and a great attitude every single day. Experience with diesel engines and European vehicles is a big plus.

What You'll Do

  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles
  • Handle diesel and European systems when applicable
  • Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors and teammates
  • Help uphold our reputation for honesty and excellent customer service
  • Continue developing your skills through ongoing training (we'll help you earn ASE certifications)

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of automotive repair experience (ASE certifications a plus)
  • Diesel and/or European vehicle experience preferred
  • Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Desire to grow with a shop that values professionalism and culture

Compensation & Benefits

  • $50,000–$65,000 per year (based on experience and performance)
  • Monday–Friday schedule — no weekends
