Position Overview:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Assistant Project Coordinator to support our project management team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating tasks, communicating with team members, and helping ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers with planning and coordinating events and promotional campaigns.
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and summaries.
  • Help organize meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Support logistical arrangements, including shipping, event setup, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain project files, schedules, and records in an organized manner.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in administration, project coordination, or customer service is a plus but not required.
