About Us
Thrive Vitality & Nutrition is Ruston's new go-to wellness café and nutrition hub. We provide a welcoming space with fresh juices, teas, smoothies, supplements, and healthy lifestyle support. We are seeking a friendly and dependable Cashier/Server to join our team and help create an excellent customer experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a positive, energetic attitude
- Accurately handle cash, credit, and digital transactions
- Prepare and serve juices, teas, and simple café items
- Keep front counter, register area, and café clean and organized
- Restock retail shelves and assist with inventory as needed
- Support team with daily store operations
Qualifications
- Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Interest in health, wellness, and nutrition a plus
Schedule & Pay
- Part-time and full-time shifts available
- Flexible hours, including some weekends
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
