Electrical Superintendent – Commercial/Industrial

Location: Victoria, Texas

Project Duration: 19 Months

Employment Type: Full-Time

Start Date: Immediate

About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead the electrical scope of a

large commercial/Industrial project.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all electrical work on site, ensuring compliance with plans, NEC codes, and

safety regulations.

  • Manage subcontractors and electrical crews to maintain productivity and quality.
  • Coordinate with General Contractor project managers, engineers, and other trades.
  • Maintain project schedules and provide regular progress updates.
  • Conduct job site inspections and resolve field issues.
  • Production Planning
  • Meet Code Requirements
  • Monitor Construction Quality
  • Material Procurement
  • Keep track of all materials on the job
  • Be able to plan out a Bill of Materials for future tasks
  • Keep guys busy each day by planning days in advance
  • Keep daily logs of all information that occurred that day

Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 5 years in a

superintendent role.

  • Strong background in large-scale commercial projects.
  • In-Depth knowledge of NEC, OSHA standards and local codes.
  • Ability to read and interrupt blueprints and electrical schematics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Required Work Experience
  • Minimum 10 years Commercial Electrical Construction
  • Managed Electrical crews between 10 to 30 guys
  • Preferred Master Electrician
  • OSHA-30
