  • Train, coach, and hold team members accountable to performance, professionalism, and productivity goals.
  • Foster teamwork, communication, and a positive, solutions-driven culture.

Plan & Execute Projects

  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to plan installation schedules, staffing, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with the Warehouse team to prepare materials, vehicles, and equipment.
  • Ensure all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to design specifications.

Own Daily Field Operations

  • Work hands-on in the field to lead installations from start to finish.
  • Manage work orders, track progress, document completion, and address issues promptly.
  • Conduct site inspections to verify accuracy, quality, and safety compliance.

Manage Resources & Logistics

  • Plan and optimize routes for efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee the use and condition of tools, vehicles, and materials.
  • Report equipment maintenance needs and suggest process improvements.

Represent Plant Solutions in the Field

  • Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Uphold Plant Solutions' reputation through quality workmanship and service excellence.

What Success Looks Like

  • Projects are installed on time, on budget, and to Plant Solutions' standards.
  • Your team is trained, engaged, and accountable.
  • Work orders are accurate and communication is clear.
  • Vehicles, tools, and materials are well-maintained and organized.
  • You model integrity, professionalism, and leadership daily.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience as a Landscape Foreman, Installation Lead, or Construction Supervisor.
  • Proven hands-on leadership in installation, landscaping, or interiorscape work.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to read plans, manage timelines, and lead a crew in the field.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Comfortable driving a 25-ft box truck and navigating the Greater Phoenix area.
  • Physically capable of performing installation tasks (lifting, climbing, outdoor/indoor work).

Why Join Plant Solutions

  • Be part of a company at the forefront of interiorscape and biophilic design innovation.
  • Work with a passionate, creative team that values craftsmanship and continuous improvement.
