South Hampton Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is an 81-bed skilled nursing facility n Owens Cross Roads. We are seeking an RN experienced in Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement, as well as Infection Prevention & Control. This RN will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating and executing the facility's QAPI program, to include identifying opportunities for improvement, root cause analyses, and performance improvement plans. This role will serve as an Infection Prevention & Control nurse, overseeing the facility's infection prevention program, vaccination program, and antibiotic stewardship program.

All administrative nurse positions participate in a weekend on-call rotation, for which they are compensated.

The right candidate will enjoy a $10,000 sign-on bonus, competitive hourly wage (overtime eligible), and a generous benefits package.
