Flying Biscuit Cafe is a heavenly breakfast, brunch, and lunch experience catering to any size event. With 29 locations across 6 states and growing, Flying Biscuit Cafe offers a unique dining experience for customers. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset to drive operational excellence within the organization. This role is pivotal in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient processes, and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the company.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Manager role located in Tallahassee, FL at Flying Biscuit Cafe. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
