As a lead program manager on our team, you'll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding your team. The program office will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in the Air Force Market, you'll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client's mission. You'll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. This is your chance to impact the program while sharing your knowledge and expertise in program management methodologies.

You Have:

• 20+ years of experience in an operational role with Air Force systems

• Experience leading a team

• Experience with contract wins

• Knowledge of the Air Force contracting process

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Top Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science

Nice If You Have:

• Experience developing technical reports, requirement documents, background papers, and white papers   

• Knowledge of the budgeting process

• Ability to work under pressure

• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

• Master's degree in Computer Science

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
