Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Casino Manager to oversee daily operations at our casino facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, a passion for guest service, and the ability to lead a team effectively. This role involves ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, and managing financial transactions with accuracy and integrity. The Casino Manager will be instrumental in creating an engaging environment that promotes responsible gaming and exceptional guest experiences.

Duties

  • Supervise daily casino operations, including gaming tables, slot machines, and customer service activities
  • Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences while maintaining operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with all gaming laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Manage cash handling procedures, including balancing tills and overseeing financial transactions
  • Resolve guest concerns or conflicts promptly and professionally to uphold high standards of guest satisfaction
  • Monitor gaming areas for security and safety issues, implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Develop staff schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate ongoing training programs
  • Oversee promotional events and special activities to enhance guest engagement and casino revenue
  • Maintain accurate records of gaming activities, financial reports, and regulatory documentation

  • Strong supervising skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
  • Excellent leadership qualities with a focus on team development and motivation
  • Exceptional customer service skills to ensure positive guest interactions
  • Effective conflict management abilities to handle disputes or issues calmly and professionally
  • Proficiency in cash handling procedures along with basic math skills for balancing tills and financial reports
  • Knowledge of casino operations, gaming regulations, and responsible gaming practices
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in recordkeeping and compliance documentation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
