Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their visit. If you have a passion for the culinary arts and enjoy working in the food industry, we would love to meet you As a Server you will participate in the Customer Gratuity Tip Share program which has proven to be substantially more than the hourly rate that the position pays

Schedule

We're looking to hire an experienced and hard-working server for 3 shifts a week.

Serving Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
  • Monitor tables to ensure guests have everything they need for an enjoyable experience.
  • Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
  • Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
  • A Food Handler's permit and an OLCC Alcohol Serving permit is required for the position.

Skills

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary terms and food handling practices.
  • Proficient in using cash registers and POS systems with basic math skills for accurate transactions.
  • Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and requests simultaneously.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
