Job Description:

F45 is the fastest growing fitness franchise worldwide, combining elements of HIIT, Circuit Training, and Functional Training. F45 Upper Westside is looking for an energetic, motivating, charismatic, personable and confident trainer to coach approximately 6-10 classes per week F45 is all about making our members feel part of our family and it is our job as the trainer to make sure our members feel supported, encouraged and motivated at every session. This position is for trainers who are passionate about health and well-being, as well as building a community that keeps our members coming back

Qualifications:

· Must have Personal Training Certification through a nationally recognized organization (NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM, NSCA)

· Minimum of (1) year of experience in personal training or group fitness.

· Must have CPR/AED/First Aid Certification

· Ability to train all fitness levels (beginner to elite)

· Availability to work early Monday-Friday morning sessions (5am-10am), mid-day sessions (11:30am-1pm), evenings sessions (5pm-8pm) & weekends (8am-12pm)

· Be inspiring, engaging and fun while you are in the studio.

· Able to lift up to 66lbs

Skills and Qualities:

· High Energy individual

· Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills

· Excitement to learn, grow and take on feedback

· Ability to Multi-task and excels in a busy environment

· Comfortable learning new software and F45 technology

· Professional and well-groomed

Key responsibilities:

· Run 45 minute classes Monday through Sunday, with a 1-hour workout on Saturday.

· Be present at least (30) minutes before class to properly prepare for the workouts.

· Appropriately check in and welcome members and create a comfortable and motivational environment.

· Ensure that waivers are completed and write notes in the Mindbody application for every new member.

· Guides members through F45 workouts by explaining proper techniques, using proper F45 terminology, demonstrating exercises, identifying different muscle groups, and providing progressions/regressions of exercises based upon member needs.

· Light service desk responsibilities, such as ensuring completion of paperwork, obtaining billing information, and recording class notes in Mindbody for new members

· Laundry: wash, fold and distribute towels

· Ensure that members are using proper form at all times

· Conduct in person, goal-oriented consultations with all trial members

· Attend to any injuries suffered by staff or clients

· Assist in trial conversion process: including studio tours, Inbody Scans, Consultations, Membership Pricing Presentations (when necessary)

· When closing the studio, coaches break down and set up the appropriate equipment based upon floor layouts for the following day.

· Ensures cleanliness of the studio at all times (wiping down equipment after class, vacuuming after shift, ensuring windows are clean) and proper storage of equipment.

· Constantly greeting members enthusiastically to provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the studio

· Learn and refer to members by name

· Required to be on their feet and constantly moving while leading and instructing members for the entirety of the workout

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 12 per week
