Interested in making a difference in the lives of children with disabilities from toddlers to teens? Want to grow your skills as a clinician working in pediatric behavioral health with an amazing team of therapists? If you answered yes, this could be the clinic for you.

We're looking for BCBAs to join our team of ABA service providers in our intracoastal/west beaches clinic. We also have a satellite clinic within Hope Haven children's hospital.

Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate and create opportunities for children to learn in a fun and nurturing environment
  • Contribute to the development of strategies for improving kids' functional social, life and communication skills and independence
  • Create treatment plans to address goals and barriers to student learning
  • Write and oversee behavior plans to prevent challenging behavior and to teach alternative skills
  • Further the PLS mission of making our community a better place to live for individuals with disabilities and their families

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working with children/individuals with disabilities
  • High caliber character with strong commitment to ethics and a team player
  • Ability to build rapport with children and expertise in play and natural environment teaching
  • Committed to values of life-long learning, quality services and inclusion

Graduate coursework in ABA and BCBA certification required. Must complete Level 2 background check.

Individuals currently enrolled in a graduate program who will be taking the board exam within the next 3 months are also encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
