Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including commercial spaces, and residential properties. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality cleaning services while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including office, guest apartments, and common areas.
  • Sanitize surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment for guests.
  • Conduct carpet cleaning as needed to maintain the appearance and cleanliness of flooring.
  • Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, adhering to established schedules and protocols.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests needs and concerns promptly.
  • Maintain custodial supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
  • Follow safety guidelines and procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Skills

  • Experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping is preferred.
  • Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques for various surfaces and materials.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing additional cleaning or maintenance.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with guests.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
