Thompson Law is seeking a Bilingual Receptionist for our Phoenix Office.
 
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM

The Position:
The job will be a combination of front desk customer service, light housekeeping, and organizing/ distributing office mail.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Answering incoming calls from existing clients
  • Assisting lawyers and paralegals in day-to-day activities
  • Organizing mail and scanning documents 
  • Preparing correspondence
  • Delivering superior client service over the phone and in person 
  
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in computer and administrative skills (Microsoft Office products)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person 
  • Spanish-speaking proficiency 
  • Energetic, outgoing, and collaborative demeanor 
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
  
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of law firm experience, preferably working on personal injury cases. 
  
Total Compensation Package:
  • Hourly/Salary to competitively match the entry-level to mid-level experience needed for the position
