JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Check in new vehicles for service (checking for damage and removing all protective plastic).
  • Scan and file all service and parts invoices.
  • Work with service customers to check in and out service loaner vehicles in a timely manner.
  • Being responsible for the upkeep of the loaner fleet.
  • Complete a weekly lot inventory check, which involves walking the service lot and taking inventory of all vehicles.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Basic computer skills
  • Must have a positive attitude towards working in a team environment
  • Must be dependable
  • Must be available to work Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with one Saturday a month, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
  • Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time and withstand going in and out in all weather conditions.
