Compensation:
$20 hourly + closing bonus
Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales
- Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner
- Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved
- Quickly and professionally return buyer clients' calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service
Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
Communicate with clients and potential clients
- Schedule showing appointments
- Attend showings
- Provide prompt feedback
- Attending home inspections, pre-closing walkthroughs, and closings
- The team lead would handle drafting contracts and handling negotiations to take the sale through the closing
Qualifications:
- Professional in attitude and appearance
- Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving
- Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
To be a Showing Assistant in Wisconsin, you must be a licensed real estate salesperson or broker. We can assist you in getting that certification.
