AT&T is looking for an Early Careers-Talent Acquisition Recruiter to play a pivotal role in our Early Careers and Talent Development Programs.  This role is responsible for executing processes related to sourcing, attracting, and securing top-tier talent to meet staffing needs and organizational objectives in the early careers space.  They will lead significant projects with autonomy helping to influence decision making as well as implement long-term plans impacting the organization by frequently collaborating with stakeholders.

What you'll do:

  • Execute full cycle recruiting processes, including event management, sourcing, candidate engagement, interviewing, offer, and onboarding for domestic and/or international roles.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, managing hiring needs, expectations, and candidate experience through data-driven partnership.

  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with employment laws and internal policies and prepare necessary reports for management.

  • Lead processes related to employer branding and marketing, understanding hiring needs, maintaining recruitment metrics through data analysis, building talent pipelines, providing consultation, and event management.

What you'll need:

  • Ability to collaborate creatively within a team environment and work independently to ensure overall success.

  • Demonstrated communication skills and ability to influence to effectively set expectations or boundaries and deliver constructive, solutions-oriented feedback.

  • Demonstrated experience executing recruitment strategies and ability to drive candidate and/or student engagement.

  • Resourceful go-getter with strong organization and presentation skills to authentically attract quality talent.

  • Successful track record in full cycle recruitment processes and best practices within the early career recruitment space.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications or similar field desired.

  • 5+ years of experience in early career recruiting.

  • Direct experience or strong knowledge of technology recruiting is strongly preferred.

  • Ability to travel domestically up to 15% to attend recruiting events and/or conferences.

  • Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed for events and high-volume periods.

Our Early Careers Talent Acquisition Recruiter earns between $118,800 - $178,200 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
