Security Guard Weekends

Safety Facility Services is in search of a friendly and professional security guard to manage all client services for our residential building. We're searching for individuals who can provide high-quality service to all guests and understands the worth of exceptional customer service.

Schedule:

Saturday & Sunday 3PM-11PM

Pay Rate:

• $18.00hr (Weekly pay, overtime pay rate when applicable)

Brooklyn NY 11203

Requirements:

• Must have strong customer service skill
• Must have strong communication skills
• Security Guard License
• Strong security background required
• Excellent communication skills
• Thorough hour patrols

Description:

• Welcome all guests into the buildings.
• Maintain control of all keys. This includes logging the keys in and out.
• Ensure that all visitors to the building are properly greeted, identified, and documented.
• Uphold and enforce all agency rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Answer facility phones in a professional manner; keep a record of all actively engaged in the building clearly and articulately in logbooks
• Patrol the building.
• Assist with opening/closing of doors.
• Assist with upkeeping and cleaning on lobby areas or designated common areas.
