What you'll do

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies that leverage your negotiation skills to close deals successfully.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients through proactive business development efforts and exceptional account management.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other analytical tools to track performance metrics, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns that align with our sales objectives.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service by addressing client needs promptly and effectively.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes, particularly in technology or technical sales environments.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software for tracking sales activities.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions that drive results.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
