As we grow our team, we are seeking an Attorney with experience in construction and design professional litigation.

Who You Are:

  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
  • 7+ years of experience representing clients in construction and/or design professional litigation
  • Must be admitted to practice in MA with admission in other New England states preferred
  • Interest in construction projects
  • Capable of independent work
  • Work in an organized and efficient manner
  • Superior research and writing skills
  • Ability to analyze complex matters

What You Will Be Doing?

  • Independently manage an active litigation caseload, from inception to trial.
  • Interface with clients and insurance professionals.
  • Conduct and defend depositions.
  • Retain and work with expert witnesses.
  • Engage in written discovery.
  • Draft motions and oppositions, and argue same at hearings.
  • Negotiate settlements independently and at mediation.
  • Evaluate liability and damages issues and prepare exposure evaluations.
  • Trial preparation and support.
  • Maintain accurate and timely time records.
