As our Plastics Manufacturing Operations Supervisor, you orchestrate the people, processes, and equipment that keep a busy Englewood, CO manufacturing facility running smoothly.

What you'll do
  • Production oversight: Supervise, train, and coordinate the daily work of line operators, machine operators, and material technicians to meet production schedules.
  • Quality ownership: Partner with our Quality team and processing techs to ensure every plastic part meets company standards and customer specifications.
  • Team leadership: Coach, mentor, and develop team members on duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Equipment readiness: Ensure machines are set up, operated correctly, and maintained; coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs with Maintenance.
What you bring
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 3–5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing; plastics processing experience (injection molding, extrusion, or thermoforming) preferred.
  • Proven leadership with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Physical requirements
  • Stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Lift 25–50 pounds as needed.
Schedule and employment details
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Schedule:
  • Morning: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
  • Afternoon: 4:00 pm to 12:00 am
  • Night: 12:00 am to 8:00 am
  • Salary: $25–$30 hourly DOE
  • Pay Frequency: Biweekly
  • Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay; Signing bonus
