Job Requirements --

  • Minimum 2 years experience with hotel front desk preferred

  • Ability to effectively resolves any guest issues or problems

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Job Duties--

  • Checking in / Checking out guest

  • Creating new reservations over the phone and in person

  • Inputting third party reservations into system

  • High call volume

  • Running reports for end of day

  • Setting up continental breakfast for guests

  • Walking the hallways

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $12.00 per hour
