MasterTech is on the search for experienced Diesel Mechanics in Bellingham, MN.

Compensation:
  • $ $34.00/hour to start, depending on training and experience.

Shift:
  • Day shift, 7:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday to Friday.
  • Overtime available.
Job Description:

Mechanics will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to various types of on-road and off-road diesel equipment, including heavy-duty trucks, trailers, loaders, dozers, cranes, motor graders, trenchers, excavators, etc. Mechanics are tasked with all preventative maintenance activities, inspections, changing faulty parts/components, along with diagnostics and repair to mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Work is performed mainly in a shop setting.

Key Qualifications:
  • 2 or more years of working experience as a Mechanic.
  • Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Degree in diesel technology, and/or ASE/OEM certifications preferred, not required.
  • Owns set of tools and valid driver's license.
