Hello Our school is looking to add a Lead Infant Teacher to one of our three beautiful infant classrooms.

Our infant classrooms each hold a capacity of 8 babies with two teachers. Each room is designed with a door to a private Infant/Toddler playground for outdoor activities.

As an infant teacher, your essential job duties include:

  • Ensures that the physical, social and emotional needs of our sweet little babies are met daily.
  • Ensures all infant classroom policies and procedures are followed to keep the children healthy and safe.
  • Creates activities and opportunities that encourage curiosity, exploration and development through well-defined interest areas.
  • Ensures that appearance, cleanliness and safe environment of classroom are appropriately maintained, in accordance with Minnesota DHS cleaning and sanitizing guidelines.
  • Attends and participates in staff meetings, Academy events and parent meetings, as requested.
  • Assists babies with meal times, bottle feeding and clean up.
  • Interacts with parents and maintains open communication to encourage family engagement.
