  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Training and Employee Benefits
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Delray Beach, FL and travel up to 25%
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
