Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Branch Manager, based in Charlotte, NC. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, including managing staff, driving sales, achieving operational goals, and ensuring excellence in customer service. Responsibilities also include training and motivating team members, monitoring key performance metrics, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. The Branch Manager will also play a critical role in fostering growth, client satisfaction, and efficient processes at the branch level.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management skills, including experience in coaching, training, and motivating staff
  • Sales expertise and the ability to drive business goals, along with knowledge of customer service best practices
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and operational management skills
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in retail management, preferably in an optical or healthcare setting, is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is advantageous
  • Proficiency in using retail management systems and software is preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
