Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in West Chester, PA, for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate construction and facility projects, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure timely delivery of services. Key responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, managing logistics to optimize workflows, conducting site inspections, and addressing technical or operational challenges. This role requires collaboration with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure high-quality, on-budget, and on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Project Management, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
  • Skills in Expediting and Expeditor tasks, with a focus on maintaining project schedules and resolving bottlenecks
  • Proficiency in Logistics Management and the ability to coordinate resources effectively
  • Experience in conducting detailed project-site Inspections to ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in construction management or related areas
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety protocols; PMP certification preferred
