What You'll Do:
  • Guide residents and families through the Medicaid application process with compassion and professionalism
  • Review, verify, and submit all required documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Monitor recertifications and maintain accurate records to ensure ongoing eligibility
  • Collaborate with admissions, finance, and social work teams to support smooth transitions of care
  • Communicate with county/state agencies to resolve issues and meet deadlines
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in Medicaid, billing, finance, or healthcare administration preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Compassionate, customer-focused approach when working with residents and families
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with electronic health record systems
