We are looking for a full-time Booking Clerk to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Booking Clerk plays a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of the organization. Working closely with the business office team, this position involves performing various bookkeeping and clerical tasks to ensure accurate and efficient financial record-keeping. This position reports to the Business Office Manager.

Responsibilities:

Daily Tasks:

  • Posting all car deals into the General Ledger

  • Processing funding packets/deal jackets for all stores

  • Maintenance of car deal log

  • Payoff trades – online via Dealer Track, GMF, and checks

  • Check for funding in CDK

  • Collaborate with Finance to resolve funding delays

  • Follow up with Sales Consultants and Finance for missing documents from car deals

  • Assist Title Clerk with verifying funding and documentation

  • Verify and turn in deal recaps to payroll

  • Update no title list

  • Turn in warranty cancellations to Business Office Assistant

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, providing information on services and the booking process.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred.

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour
