Location: Multiple Clinic Locations Across Colorado

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Some Travel Required

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish-English) Medical Assistant to join our dynamic clinical team. This individual will work closely with our providers and case management staff to support patient flow, assist with medical providers and ensure accurate charting and documentation. The position involves travel between our multiple clinic locations, so flexibility and reliability are key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist providers with patient intake, exams, and procedures
  • Accurately record patient history, vitals, and injury details in EMR
  • Maintain organized and compliant patient charts
  • Translate between English and Spanish for patients and staff as needed
  • Prepare exam rooms and medical supplies for each patient visit
  • Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-ups
  • Travel between assigned clinic locations as needed (mileage reimbursed)
  • Provide excellent customer service and compassionate care to injured patients

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish) – required
  • Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) preferred but not required
  • Prior experience in a medical office setting (Personal Injury or Auto Accident care a plus)
  • Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel between clinics
